B210 Flutter Mold Bundle with C105 Foot Casting Mold

The B210 Flutter Mold Bundle enables fusers to create an 11 1/4” (28.5 cm) bowl with a cookie-style foot in a three-step process.

1. The first step is to cast a glass foot using our C105 foot casting mold. That mold is included in the B210 bundle or you may already own that mold if you have the B235 Starfire mold bundle. You will need 130 grams of glass shards to cast the foot disk.
2. Then design and fuse a 12” (30.5 cm) diameter flat design disk. This could be a single layer 12” (30.5 cm) disk with fused design elements or create a two layer, full-fused design disk, or simply cut a 12” (30.5 cm) circle from a compelling piece of fusible art glass and let the design in the glass and the foot on the bottom, be the star.
3. The final step is to slump your design disk into the Flutter Mold to shape the bowl while at the same time attaching the cast glass foot by tack fusing it to the underside.

Note: You can create a beautiful bowl without adding the cast glass foot. Simply create your design disk, place it on the mold and follow the slump firing schedule. The center of your design disk will slump into the foot cavity in the mold to form a slump-drop foot.

Note: Kiln chamber must be minimum 13” diameter by 6” deep (33 x 15 cm).
