    Introduction To PMC

    by Mary Ann Devos

Precious Metal Clay (aka PMC) is one of the most remarkable developments in silver and gold metal working. It looks, feels and is shaped just like potter’s clay but after firing all that is left is solid precious metal. The fabrication process is easily accessible to artists, hobby-crafters, and fine jewelers and can be combined with semi-precious gems, glass, porcelain, and ceramics.
